This is not an instant AppSource download. ECOSIRE builds the connector to fit your exact item structure, tax setup, and store topology, then installs it as a per-tenant extension on your Business Central environment (cloud SaaS or on-prem) and supports it after go-live.
How it works technically. The extension adds table and page extensions plus dedicated setup pages, then talks to WooCommerce through the WooCommerce REST API using your store's consumer key/secret. On the Business Central side it uses event subscribers on Sales Header/Line, Item, and Item Ledger Entry to detect changes, and the Job Queue to run scheduled pull/push cycles. Inbound WooCommerce orders are created as BC sales orders or invoices; customers are matched or created as Contacts/Customers; payments post against the right payment method mapping. Outbound, BC items, variations, images and prices publish to WooCommerce products; available inventory recalculates and syncs in near real time.
What you get. Configurable field and tax mapping, multi-store routing, an error log with retry, permission sets for least-privilege access, and the full AL source. Because it lives on your tenant as a private extension (not a shared marketplace app), the logic is yours to extend — and ECOSIRE can layer in Power Platform / Dataverse flows if you want order events surfaced in Power Automate.

+How long until the connector is live, and how is it installed?
This is a build-to-order extension, not an instant download. After a short scoping call to confirm your item structure, tax setup and store topology, typical delivery is about 2 to 4 weeks depending on the number of stores and mapping complexity. ECOSIRE builds the AL extension, installs it first on your Business Central sandbox for a validation pass, then deploys it to production as a per-tenant private extension. You receive the .app package, full source and a runbook.
+What happens with support and updates after go-live?
Every build includes a defined post-go-live support window for bug fixes and mapping adjustments. Because the extension is per-tenant with delivered AL source, ECOSIRE can patch and redeploy it independently of any marketplace release cadence. We track Business Central major-release compatibility (e.g. semi-annual waves) and the WooCommerce REST API, and offer ongoing support or enhancement retainers if you want new fields, additional stores or Power Platform flows added later.
+Does it support more than one WooCommerce store?
Yes. Multi-store routing is built in. Each WooCommerce store gets its own API credentials and is mapped to a BC location, warehouse and price list, so several storefronts can feed one BC company while keeping inventory and pricing correct per store.
+Cloud SaaS or on-premises Business Central — which is supported?
Both. The connector is delivered as a standard AL extension that installs on Business Central online (SaaS) or on-premises. For SaaS the extension calls the WooCommerce REST API outbound; for on-prem we confirm outbound HTTPS access to your store during scoping.
+Will this overwrite my existing items, customers or tax setup?
No. Mapping is explicit and configurable. You decide on the setup pages how WooCommerce fields map to BC items, customers, VAT/tax posting groups and payment methods, and matching rules (SKU, item reference, email) determine whether records are matched or created. The sandbox validation pass lets you confirm behavior on real data before anything touches production.
