ECOSIRE builds the extension against the TikTok Shop Partner API and your specific BC configuration, then installs it as a per-tenant extension on your Business Central environment (cloud SaaS or on-prem) and supports it after go-live. You get a connector tuned to your item numbering, dimensions, locations and posting setup — not a generic shim you have to bend your processes around.
Under the hood the extension uses dedicated AL tables and table/page extensions for mapping (TikTok product → BC item, TikTok order → Sales Order/Header), HttpClient-based calls to the TikTok Shop REST API with token refresh, and Job Queue entries that poll and push on a schedule you control. Event subscribers on the standard Sales Header/Sales Shipment flow trigger shipment and tracking write-back to TikTok automatically. Stock levels publish from your chosen BC locations, and returns/refunds raised in TikTok Shop create the matching documents in BC for clean reconciliation.
Multi-region TikTok Shop accounts (US, UK, SEA and more) are supported through per-shop configuration, each with its own currency, warehouse mapping and tax handling. How long until the connector is live, and is it really custom-built?

Typical delivery is around 2–4 weeks depending on the number of regions and how custom your mapping is. We confirm the exact lead time in writing before you pay.
How is it installed on my Business Central environment?
We package it as a per-tenant extension (.app) and deploy it through the BC admin center to your sandbox first for UAT, then to production. This keeps it isolated, upgrade-safe and removable. What happens with ongoing support and Business Central updates?

Inbound order processing is idempotent — the same TikTok order is matched on its external ID, so re-polls and retries never create duplicate Sales Orders.
