Most HR teams running on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central still manage joiners and leavers in spreadsheets and email threads, even though their employee master data already lives in BC. This extension closes that gap. It is a per-tenant AL extension that ECOSIRE builds for your tenant, hooks directly onto the standard Employee table, and surfaces structured onboarding and offboarding workflows inside the Business Central client your team already uses.

On the technical side, the app ships as table and page extensions over the Employee card, a set of checklist/task tables, and event subscribers that react to lifecycle events (a new employee record inserted, a termination date set) to spawn the right task list automatically. Tasks, document requests, asset records and clearance steps are driven by the Job Queue for reminders and escalations, and exposed through the BC REST/OData v4 API so you can drive them from Power Automate, a Power Apps portal, or Dataverse if you run the Power Platform.
