Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central has strong financials but no built-in payroll engine for African jurisdictions. Africa Multi-Country Payroll closes that gap as a per-tenant AL extension that ECOSIRE designs, builds, installs and supports directly on your Business Central environment (cloud SaaS or on-prem).

The extension ships a dedicated Payroll role centre, employee and contract table extensions, and a statutory rules engine driven by per-country setup tables. Each jurisdiction is modelled separately: PAYE bands, reliefs and statutory contributions for Kenya (NSSF, NHIF/SHIF, Housing Levy), South Africa (PAYE, UIF, SDL), Nigeria (PAYE, Pension, NHF), Tanzania, Uganda and 20+ further nations. Rules live in configuration, not hard-coded logic, so rate and threshold changes are data edits — not redeployments.

Payroll runs post directly to Business Central General Ledger via standard posting routines, support multi-currency processing with your configured exchange rates, and isolate each legal entity for clean inter-company separation. Batch runs are scheduled through the Job Queue, and an employee self-service experience (web/Power Pages or BC user) exposes payslips and leave balances.
