ECOSIRE builds, installs, and supports this as a per-tenant AL extension deployed directly to your Business Central environment (cloud SaaS or on-prem), not an instant AppSource download.

The extension adds AI actions where your sellers already work. On the Opportunity Card and Contact/Customer Card, page extensions surface one-click actions to draft follow-up and outreach emails, generate an opportunity or account summary, and request a next-best-action recommendation. Emails open in the standard Business Central Email Editor so a human always reviews before sending. Interaction Log Entries and notes are summarized and scored for sentiment, and structured fields can be auto-filled back into CRM tables from call notes.

Under the hood we use AL table and page extensions, event subscribers (OnAfterInsert/OnModify on interaction records), and a configurable Job Queue entry for batch summarization. The extension calls your chosen LLM gateway — Azure OpenAI Service (recommended, so prompts stay in your Azure tenant) or another HTTPS endpoint you nominate — using a securely stored API key in Isolated Storage. We wire a dedicated permission set so admins control exactly who can invoke AI actions, and all calls are logged for auditability.

What is the delivery lead time?

Typical lead time is 2 to 3 weeks from kickoff: a short scoping call, configuration of prompt templates and permission sets, sandbox deployment and UAT, then production go-live. Timelines shift with the size of your CRM customization and your UAT availability; we confirm a firm date after scoping.

How do ongoing support and updates work?

The one-time $499 build includes a post-go-live support window for fixes and tuning. Where does my CRM data go, and is it secure?

We can also point to an on-prem or private LLM endpoint if you require it.
