Receive a integration control signal, validate its source and required fields, resolve webhook, job and mapping, apply the access & policy governance decision rules, write the approved state, then record a correlated audit result. The source event is integration.govern.requested; the resulting audit event is integration.govern.recorded. The mapped business surface is webhook, job and mapping.

Technical approach
