What it does technically. It is fully HPOS-compatible (the new high-performance order tables) and falls back cleanly on legacy post-based orders. Sends are queued through Action Scheduler / WP-Cron so checkout never blocks on an API call, with retry and back-off on rate limits.
COD OTP verification injects a one-time-code step before order placement, writing verification state to order meta so you can filter out fake or mistyped numbers before they hit your fulfilment team. Abandoned-cart recovery persists cart sessions and schedules timed template messages (e.g. 1h / 24h) via cron. The floating click-to-chat widget is theme-aware, mobile-first, and respects WPML/Polylang locale so the prefilled message matches the customer's language.
