The Multichannel Messaging Hub collapses that mess into one notification engine. It listens to the WooCommerce order lifecycle through native hooks (woocommerce_order_status_changed, woocommerce_new_order, woocommerce_order_refunded) and routes each event to the channel — or channels — you choose, for customers, admins, and vendors alike.
Because every store's gateways, vendor plugin, and message tone are different, this is a build-to-order plugin: ECOSIRE builds it against your exact stack, then installs and configures it on your WordPress site — we do not ship an anonymous ZIP from a marketplace. During the build we wire your chosen SMS gateway (Twilio, Vonage/Nexmo, MSG91, or another provider), your WhatsApp Business sending path, and a Telegram bot, then map each WooCommerce event to a channel in wp-admin.
Message bodies are per-language templates with WooCommerce merge tags ({order_number}, {customer_name}, {tracking_url}), so a WPML or multilingual store sends each customer a message in their own language. How long until it's live on my site, and what do you need from me?
Typical delivery is about 1 to 3 weeks from the time we have access. Do I get ongoing support and updates after launch?
Yes. Every build includes a post-launch support window for bug fixes and for keeping the plugin compatible with new WooCommerce and WordPress releases (including HPOS changes). If a gateway changes its API or you want new events, channels, or templates added later, we can extend the build. We hand over the full source code, so you are never locked to us, but most clients keep us on for maintenance.
Which SMS gateways and channels are supported?
The SMS layer is gateway-agnostic through a provider adapter — Twilio, Vonage/Nexmo, and MSG91 are common, and most HTTP/API-based gateways can be wired in during the build. WhatsApp sending uses your WhatsApp Business path and approved templates, and Telegram uses a bot you control. You own and pay for the gateway accounts directly; the plugin just sends through them.
Will it work with HPOS, WPML, and my marketplace/vendor plugin?
Yes. It is built against WooCommerce's High-Performance Order Storage (custom order tables) rather than only legacy post-meta, reads per-language templates so WPML/multilingual stores message customers in their own language, and can route vendor order events to the right marketplace vendor. Tell us your exact stack up front and we test against it before handover.
How do bulk broadcast campaigns avoid getting my number blocked?
Broadcasts are queued and sent in throttled batches through WP-Cron rather than all at once, so you stay within your gateway's rate limits. You segment recipients (for example, customers who bought a category, or past buyers), pick the channel, and the engine paces delivery while logging every send. You are still responsible for opt-in compliance and your provider's messaging policies — we set the plumbing up to respect them.
