After a short scoping call we confirm the monitored journeys, alert routing and check frequency, then build, install via OAuth and hand over with documentation. No. ECOSIRE builds, installs and supports this as a custom embedded Shopify app made for your store. It is not a one-click App Store listing — that's deliberate, because the monitored checkout journeys, change thresholds and alert routing are tuned to your specific store rather than a generic template.

The one-time build price includes installation, handover and post-launch support. ECOSIRE maintains the app, keeps it compatible with Shopify API version updates, and adjusts your monitored flows, thresholds or alert channels as your store changes. We can also discuss an ongoing support plan for proactive monitoring oversight if you'd like us watching alongside you.

It installs via OAuth using a least-privilege scope set — typically read access to products, inventory, themes and orders plus the webhook subscriptions needed for change detection. It does not request write scopes it doesn't use. We document every requested scope at handover so you know exactly what it can access.

Yes. Using the Admin GraphQL API and products/update, inventory_levels/update and themes/update webhooks, it detects bulk price and product changes, large multi-location inventory swings, and theme or asset changes. You set thresholds (for example, a price drop over a chosen percentage) and the app routes a severity-tagged alert to email and Slack, logging it to the status timeline.
