Automotive Garage Service Booking turns your Shopify store into a real service-bay scheduler instead of a generic product checkout. Customers pick their vehicle by Year / Make / Model (YMM), choose a service or package, see only the slots your bays and technicians can actually honor, pay a deposit, and book a drop-off window — all inside your existing theme.

This is a build-to-order app, not an instant App Store install. After purchase, ECOSIRE scopes your services, bays, locations and rules, builds the app against your store, installs it via a custom OAuth app with the exact Admin API scopes it needs, and hands it over working. Typical delivery is 2–4 weeks depending on complexity.
Under the hood it uses Shopify the way Shopify is meant to be used: vehicle and appointment data are stored in metafields and a backing datastore; availability is computed from bay/technician capacity and existing bookings; deposits flow through native Shopify Checkout so payouts, taxes and refunds stay in your normal reporting; and order/fulfillment webhooks keep appointment status in sync. For chains, multi-location support routes each booking to the right shop and respects per-location hours, bays and multi-location inventory for parts and tires.
You also get the operational glue garages actually need: automated reminders and rebooking prompts to cut no-shows, service-package and add-on selection, drop-off/collection time slots, and a back-office view your staff can run the day from.

This is a build-to-order app, not an instant App Store download. After purchase we scope your services, bays, locations and rules, then build and install it against your store. Typical delivery is 2–4 weeks depending on how many locations, services and special rules you have. You'll get a clear timeline at the scoping call, and we install it for you via a custom OAuth app — you don't have to wire anything yourself.
ECOSIRE built it, so ECOSIRE supports it. The build includes post-launch support to fix issues and help your team get comfortable with the back office. Because it runs as a custom app on your store, we can adjust service menus, slot rules, reminders and locations as your business changes. Larger feature additions or ongoing maintenance retainers are quoted separately — we'll tell you upfront which requests are covered and which are new work.
Yes. Deposits are taken through native Shopify Checkout, so the money lands in your existing Shopify Payments (or configured gateway) payouts, with taxes and refunds handled by Shopify the same as any other order. We don't run a side payment system. If a booking is cancelled within your policy window, the refund flows back through Shopify and the order/appointment status updates via webhooks.
Yes. Multi-location is a core feature. Each location keeps its own hours, bays, technicians and availability, and bookings are routed to the correct shop. For services that need specific parts or tires, the flow can respect Shopify multi-location inventory so customers only book where stock exists. You manage everything from one Shopify back office.
Customers select their vehicle by Year / Make / Model during booking. That selection is attached to the order using Shopify metafields (and a backing datastore for availability), so your technicians see the exact vehicle on the appointment and order. We define the metafields cleanly during the build, and the handover docs list every metafield and webhook topic the app uses.
