Clinical Analytics Dashboard

The Clinical Analytics Dashboard is a made-to-order Odoo module that ECOSIRE designs, builds, and installs to close that gap on top of your existing clinical suite. We introduce dedicated reporting models — typically SQL-backed models.Model views (_auto = False over curated SELECT statements) for high-volume aggregation, plus stored compute fields with @api.depends where live recomputation matters — so heavy metrics like bed-occupancy rate, ALOS, no-show rate, and lab TAT are calculated at the database layer instead of in slow Python loops. On top of those models we ship pivot and graph views, an Odoo spreadsheet dashboard bundle, and an executive OWL/QWeb board that renders the KPI tiles, leaderboards, and trend charts your leadership actually reviews. Everything is filterable by configurable date range, department, doctor, and — where you run more than one site — a multi-clinic comparison filter.

Technically, the module builds on base, board, web, account, and your clinical-core-his-emr data. It ships with its own __manifest__.py declaring those dependencies, ir.model.access.csv plus record rules so a department head sees only their scope while the C-suite sees the whole group, and automated actions (server actions on a scheduled cron) to snapshot period-end figures where you want month-over-month stability. Payer mix and outstanding-claims metrics activate when your insurance/claims app is present; pharmacy sales and near-expiry inventory value read from your stock and sales data. Because it is a proper Odoo module, every figure is drillable back to source records and every metric is reachable over the XML-RPC/JSON-RPC API for embedding in board packs or external BI. We support Odoo 17.0, 18.0, and 19.0, on both Community and Enterprise — noting that native spreadsheet dashboards and some cohort visualisations are richer on Enterprise, and we adapt the delivery to whichever edition you run.

Delivery is build-to-order: nothing is downloaded and switched on today. After a short scoping call we confirm which KPIs, which clinical modules, and which editions and sites are in play, then build against a staging copy of your database, run UAT with your team, and deploy with a rollback plan. Typical delivery is 2 to 4 weeks from confirmed scope. Pricing starts from $299 (indicative, single-company base scope); additional clinics for multi-company comparison, deeper insurance/claims and pharmacy integrations, localised financial reporting, and larger historical-data backfills increase the quoted scope. You receive a fixed quote after the scoping call — the from-price is a starting indication, not a firm figure.
