Workflow and object design

Receive a solution alm signal, validate its source and required fields, resolve solution, environment variable and connection reference, apply the access & policy governance decision rules, write the approved state, then record a correlated audit result. The source event is alm.govern.requested; the resulting audit event is alm.govern.recorded. The mapped business surface is solution, environment variable and connection reference.

Technical approach

The scoped design may use Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, standard or custom connectors, managed solutions, DLP policies, environment variables, ALM pipelines. Authentication is based on Microsoft Entra application or connection references using least-privilege identities.
