TikTok Shop Connector for Magento 2 lets a DTC brand sell on TikTok Shop directly from the Magento catalog it already maintains, without a second team rekeying SKUs or watching for oversells. This is not an instant Adobe Commerce Marketplace download — ECOSIRE builds, installs and supports the extension on your own Magento Open Source or Adobe Commerce instance, configured around your attribute set, store views and source/stock setup.
Architecturally it ships as a proper module under app/code/Ecosire/TikTokShopConnector, wired through di.xml with service contracts so your catalog logic stays untouched. Product publishing is driven through TikTok Shop's seller API; inventory and price changes are picked up via observers on Magento events (catalog_product_save_after, cataloginventory_stock_item_save_after) and reconciled by cron so you are never trusting a single webhook. Incoming TikTok orders are imported as native Magento sales orders, so your existing fulfilment, invoicing and shipment/tracking sync flow back to TikTok automatically.
The admin experience is native: a configuration section under Stores → Configuration, grids built on Magento UI components, ACL-gated access (Ecosire_TikTokShopConnector::manage), and category/attribute mapping screens so TikTok's required category attributes line up with your Magento attributes. Credentials are stored encrypted via Magento's config encryption.

No. This is a build-to-order extension. ECOSIRE builds, installs and configures the Ecosire_TikTokShopConnector module on your own Magento Open Source or Adobe Commerce instance. There is no instant Marketplace link — we deliver and wire it against your specific attribute sets, store views and stock setup.
What is the delivery lead time after I order?
Typical delivery is about one working week from kickoff, depending on catalog complexity, MSI/multi-store configuration and how much custom attribute mapping is needed. We confirm a firm timeline during the scoping call before any build work starts, and install first on your staging environment.
What ongoing support and updates are included?
The $999 one-time price includes installation plus a defined post-delivery support window for bug fixes and TikTok Shop API compatibility questions. Because TikTok periodically changes its seller API, we can quote an optional ongoing maintenance arrangement so the connector keeps working as the API evolves.
What do I need to provide before you start?
You need an approved TikTok Shop seller account and access to TikTok's Shop/Partner API (app credentials), plus admin access to a Magento staging or dev environment. We integrate against your seller account — we do not create or own the TikTok side for you.
Will this conflict with my theme or other third-party extensions?
The connector is a backend integration module wired through di.xml and service contracts, so it does not touch your theme.
