What is the delivery lead time?
Typical delivery is about 1 to 2 weeks from when we have your brand assets (colors, logo), company list and role/permission-set mapping. How does ongoing support and updates work?
Your purchase includes a post-install support window plus compatibility maintenance. Will this break our integrations, API or job queue?
