Multi-Carrier Shipping Label & Live Rates is a custom Shopify app that ECOSIRE builds, installs and supports for your store — it is not an instant App Store download. After purchase we scope your carrier accounts, build the app against your store, and hand over a working, branded shipping workspace.

The app connects to each carrier's rating API and returns real-time carrier-calculated rates at checkout, so customers see accurate UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, Aramex (and 50+ regional carrier) prices instead of flat guesses. Rates respect your negotiated contract pricing, box/dimensional packing rules and origin multi-location inventory — the app reads Shopify locations via the Admin GraphQL API and rates from the correct warehouse.

Once an order lands, the app subscribes to orders/create and fulfillments/create webhooks, applies your packing logic, and lets your team bulk-print labels and packing slips in one pass. Scheduled carrier pickups are requested through the carrier APIs, and tracking numbers plus carrier events are synced back to Shopify as fulfillments — keeping the native order timeline, customer notifications and "Track order" links accurate.

Carrier credentials, box presets and rule logic are stored in app metafields and an encrypted settings store, with OAuth scopes limited to what shipping needs. Because we build it to order, the rate logic, label layout, surcharges and carrier mix are tailored to your SKUs and lanes — not a generic template.

How long does it take to build and install the app?

Typical delivery is 2-4 weeks from the kickoff call, depending on how many carriers you ship with and how complex your packing and rate rules are. A single-carrier setup is faster; a 5+ carrier build with dimensional packing and international customs takes the upper end. We confirm a firm timeline after scoping your carrier accounts and lanes.

Is this an instant Shopify App Store download?

No. This is a build-to-order app. ECOSIRE custom-builds it for your store, connects it to your specific carrier accounts and negotiated rates, configures your packing and rate logic, then installs and hands it over. You are paying for a tailored implementation, not a self-serve template you have to configure alone.

What ongoing support and updates do I get?

Your one-time build includes ongoing support, bug fixes and carrier-API compatibility updates from ECOSIRE. When a carrier changes its rating or label API, we keep your integration working. Larger new feature requests (adding a brand-new carrier, new packing logic) are scoped separately, but maintenance of what we built is covered.

Which carriers and accounts does it work with?

UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL and Aramex are first-class, plus 50+ regional carriers. It uses your own carrier accounts and API credentials, so checkout rates reflect your negotiated contract pricing rather than retail rates. If you need a carrier we haven't integrated before, we evaluate its API during scoping.

How does it connect to Shopify without breaking my store?

It installs as a private/custom Shopify app over OAuth with only the scopes shipping needs. It reads orders and locations through the Admin GraphQL API, listens to orders/create and fulfillments/create webhooks, and writes tracking back as native fulfillments. It does not modify your theme checkout logic beyond the carrier-rate connection, and credentials are stored encrypted in app metafields and a secured settings store.
