Typical delivery is roughly 5 to 10 business days from the point we have access to your Shopify store and an approved Stripe account. The exact timeline depends on the complexity of your checkout, the number of settlement currencies, and how quickly account access and domain verification can be completed. We confirm a firm schedule during discovery before any work starts.

Every build includes a post-launch support window for bug fixes, configuration adjustments and questions. Beyond that window, we offer ongoing maintenance arrangements to keep the integration working as Shopify's Admin API, Stripe's API versions, and 3DS/SCA rules evolve. Because you also receive the source code and documentation, you are never locked in — your own developers can maintain it too.

Yes — you need an approved Stripe account in a country Stripe supports, because Stripe (not ECOSIRE) underwrites and settles the payments. If your country isn't supported by Stripe, this integration cannot legally route your payments, and we'll tell you that honestly during discovery rather than sell you something that won't work. We can discuss alternative gateways in that case.

When you use a payment provider other than Shopify Payments, Shopify normally applies an additional third-party transaction fee per order. Routing through Stripe still involves Shopify's platform rules, so we'll explain exactly how fees apply to your plan and region during discovery. We won't promise zero fees — we'll give you the real numbers so you can decide.

Card details are entered into Stripe-hosted, tokenized fields and never touch or get stored on your servers or ours, which keeps your PCI scope minimal. We implement 3D Secure 2 for strong customer authentication and verify every incoming webhook with Stripe's signing secret plus idempotency keys, so order updates can't be spoofed or duplicated.
