Pricing FAQ
Do we need to purchase Power BI licenses separately?
Yes. Microsoft Power BI licensing is separate from our consulting fees. Power BI Pro costs $14/user/month and Premium Per User costs $24/user/month. We help you determine the right licensing strategy to minimize costs while meeting your needs.
How long does a typical project take?
Quick Start projects are delivered in 2-3 weeks. Professional implementations take 6-10 weeks. Enterprise engagements are phased over 3-6 months depending on scope. We provide a detailed timeline during the proposal stage.
What is included in the project price?
All project prices include requirements gathering, data modeling, dashboard development, testing, deployment, training, and post-launch support. Microsoft Power BI licenses, third-party connector fees, and Fabric capacity costs are not included.
Can you integrate Power BI with our Odoo ERP?
Yes — this is our specialty. We built 43 Odoo modules and have deep expertise in Odoo's database structure. We connect Power BI directly to Odoo's PostgreSQL database for the best performance, or via OData/JSON-RPC API for hosted instances.
Do you offer ongoing support after the project?
Yes. Our managed services plans provide monthly retainer-based support starting at $1,499/month. This includes monitoring, report updates, new dashboard development, and performance optimization.
Can we start with Quick Start and upgrade later?
Absolutely. Many clients start with Quick Start to prove value quickly, then expand with additional dashboards, data sources, and advanced features. Your existing data model and reports carry forward — nothing is wasted.
Do you offer discounts for annual managed services?
Yes. Annual managed services commitments receive a 15% discount compared to monthly billing. We also offer volume discounts for organizations that need multiple Power BI implementations across departments or subsidiaries.
