Technicians get a mobile experience — delivered as a Power Apps canvas app on Dataverse or a hardened Business Central mobile profile, your choice — that works offline: job cards, parts (item journal / service lines) and labor (resource time) are captured in the field and synced through the Business Central REST/OData v4 API and Job Queue when the device reconnects.
On site, the technician captures a customer signature, then posts the service order to a draft or final invoice against your existing No. Series and VAT setup. Recurring maintenance contracts generate scheduled service orders automatically via Job Queue entries.
