When an order moves to a status you choose (for example processing or completed), the plugin fires on the woocommerce_order_status_changed action, renders a PDF invoice and packing slip, attaches them to the relevant WooCommerce transactional email, and stores them against the order. On the WooCommerce → Orders screen we add a bulk action so your team can select dozens of orders and batch-print invoices, packing slips, delivery notes and dispatch labels in a single merged PDF — no opening orders one at a time.

Labels carry Code128 / QR barcodes encoding the order number or carrier tracking reference, so warehouse pick-and-pack and dispatch scanning Just Work. Templates are fully branded — your logo, VAT/tax registration numbers, footer terms, currency and per-document layouts — and editable through wp-admin settings plus theme-overridable template files for deeper customization.
