The Credit Notes & Refund Document Manager for WooCommerce closes it automatically. It hooks into WooCommerce's native refund flow (woocommerce_order_refunded / woocommerce_refund_created) so that the moment you process a full or partial refund from wp-admin → WooCommerce → Orders, a properly numbered credit note is generated, stored, and attached to a transactional email — no manual document assembly.
Each credit note carries its own gap-free sequential series (independent from your invoice numbering), negative-tax reversal lines that mirror the original VAT/GST rates per line item, and a clear back-reference to the original invoice number and order. You get a clean PDF for the customer and your records, plus a UBL 2.1 XML credit note for jurisdictions and partners that require structured e-invoicing.
