Talabat / Food-Marketplace Integration connects your Shopify catalog and order pipeline with Talabat (and similar MENA aggregators where an API or partner feed is available) so your team manages one source of truth instead of re-keying menus across portals.

This is a build-to-order app, not an instant App Store download. After purchase, ECOSIRE configures a custom Shopify app against your store using OAuth and the Admin GraphQL API, maps your products, variants, and multi-location inventory to Talabat's branch and catalog model, and installs it on your store. We register webhooks (orders/create, inventory_levels/update, products/update) and use metafields to hold Talabat-specific identifiers, modifier-group mappings, and combo definitions that Shopify has no native field for.

What it does once live: pushes menu/catalog items and images to Talabat; keeps stock availability in sync from Shopify multi-location inventory so you stop overselling sold-out items; imports Talabat orders into Shopify as native orders for unified reporting and fulfillment; maps modifiers, options and combo meals between the two systems; syncs price and promo changes; maps each Shopify location to its Talabat branch; and writes order status callbacks (accepted, preparing, ready, picked up) back where the platform supports them.

We are honest about platform limits: Talabat marketplace API access is partner/credential-gated, and field-for-field parity depends on what their API exposes for your account. During scoping we confirm exactly which flows are achievable for your setup before you commit. ECOSIRE builds, installs, tests against your real catalog, and supports the integration — including adjustments when Shopify or Talabat change their APIs. Typical delivery is 2–4 weeks depending on catalog size, branch count, and how much modifier/combo logic needs mapping.
