Under the hood we wire your checkout to Razorpay using its hosted/standard checkout and the Razorpay payment APIs, and configure server-to-server webhooks (payment.captured, payment.failed, refund.processed, and order events) so payment status is verified by signature — not by trusting the browser redirect. Order and payment metadata is written back to Shopify via the Admin GraphQL API, with the Razorpay payment ID and method stored on order metafields for clean reconciliation, refunds and support lookups.
