This is a build-to-order Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce extension that connects your store to the Shopee Open Platform so you can sell across Southeast Asia without double data entry. ECOSIRE builds it for your environment, installs it, and supports it — it is not an instant Adobe Commerce Marketplace download.
The module ships as a standard app/code/Ecosire/ShopeeConnector package wired through di.xml, with its own admin ACL resources, system configuration section, and encrypted storage for your Shopee partner_id, partner_key, and per-shop OAuth tokens. A typed API client handles Shopee's HMAC-SHA256 request signing, token refresh, and the regional host routing (partner.shopeemobile.com and the SEA endpoints) so calls to Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam and Taiwan all flow through one configuration.
Catalog publishing is driven by service contracts and Magento's message queue: a bulk job maps Magento products, attributes and category trees to Shopee categories and required item attributes, uploads images, and creates or updates listings. Inventory and price stay aligned through a plugin/interceptor on StockItem saves plus a reconciliation cron job, so an oversell on one channel is corrected on the other. Incoming Shopee orders are pulled on a cron cadence (or via Shopee push webhooks where enabled), de-duplicated, and converted into native Magento orders ready for fulfillment, with status and tracking pushed back.
Everything is exposed through Magento's admin grids and is reportable over REST/GraphQL for your other systems. You own the source code. ECOSIRE handles installation on your staging and production servers, a guided UAT, and ongoing compatibility updates as Shopee's API and your Magento version evolve.

How long until the integration is live, and is this an instant download?

We confirm your exact version and edition up front and build/test against it, including B2B or multi-website setups where relevant.
How does inventory sync avoid overselling across Magento and Shopee?
Stock moves both ways. A plugin on Magento stock saves pushes quantity changes to Shopee in near real time, and a reconciliation cron pulls Shopee's stock back into Magento on a schedule. The job logic de-conflicts the two sources so a sale on either channel is reflected on the other, with errors and rate-limit backoff surfaced in the sync dashboard rather than failing silently.
Can it handle multiple Shopee shops across different SEA countries from one Magento store?
Yes. The connector stores per-shop OAuth tokens and routes each shop's API calls to the correct regional host, so a single Magento install can drive Shopee shops in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam and Taiwan. Pricing, enabled regions and category mappings are configurable per shop/store-view.
Will I be able to extend it or connect it to my ERP or BI tools?
Yes. Mapping and sync data are exposed through Magento service contracts and REST/GraphQL endpoints, so your ERP, PIM or BI stack can read order, inventory and listing state. Because you receive the full source as a clean app/code module, your own developers (or ECOSIRE) can extend mappings, add fields, or hook in observers without fighting an obfuscated black box.
