Restaurant Table Reservations & QR Ordering turns your existing WooCommerce store into a full front-of-house system: diners book a table online and, once seated, scan a QR-code-per-table to browse the menu and order without waiting for a server. Every reservation and every table order is a real WooCommerce order, so your products, taxes, coupons, payment gateways and reports stay exactly where you already manage them.
This is not an instant download from WooCommerce.com or WordPress.org. ECOSIRE builds the plugin to fit your floor plan, menu structure and workflow, then installs and configures it on your WordPress site and supports it afterwards. We adapt to your theme, your gateway (Stripe, PayPal, or a local processor) and your kitchen process rather than forcing you into a generic template.
Under the hood, reservations and tables are modeled as custom post types with their own wp-admin settings screens. Bookings respect floor/section capacity using server-side slot validation, and deposits / no-show protection are charged through your live WooCommerce gateway. WP-Cron drives reservation reminders and waitlist promotion; the WooCommerce REST API and standard WordPress hooks/actions/filters expose order and reservation events so the build can integrate with your POS, kitchen display, or notification stack.
The plugin is built HPOS-aware (WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage / custom order tables) and can be made WPML / multisite compatible on request. How long until the plugin is built and live on my site?
Because this is built-to-order, it is not an instant download. A typical build for a single restaurant with a standard menu is around 2 to 4 weeks from kickoff: we scope your floor plan, menu and gateway, build the plugin, install it on a staging copy of your WordPress site for your review, then deploy to production. More complex builds (multisite groups, custom POS/KDS integration) take longer and we give you a firm timeline before you commit.
Is this a download from WooCommerce.com or WordPress.org?
No. ECOSIRE builds the plugin specifically for your site and installs it for you. You receive a standard WordPress plugin you own on your own hosting — there is no marketplace listing to download and no per-cover or monthly SaaS fee charged by a third-party reservation portal.
What about ongoing support and updates after launch?
The one-time price includes the build, installation and a support window for fixes and adjustments after go-live. Beyond that we offer ongoing maintenance to keep the plugin compatible as WooCommerce and WordPress release updates (including HPOS and PHP version changes) and to add features. We tell you what the support terms are in writing before you buy — no surprise lock-in.
Will it work with my existing theme, payment gateway and WooCommerce setup?
Yes. Reservations and table orders are native WooCommerce orders, so they use your existing products, taxes, coupons and live payment gateway (Stripe, PayPal, or a supported local processor). We build against your current theme and WooCommerce version and verify HPOS (custom order tables) compatibility during the staging deployment.
Can diners order from the table without creating an account?
Yes. Each table's QR opens a guest-friendly ordering page that places an order tied to that specific table, so seated diners can order without logging in. You control whether deposits or reservations require an account, and all orders still appear in your normal WooCommerce order list and reports.
