Property Rental & Reservations Manager turns your existing WooCommerce store into a real booking engine for daily, overnight, weekly, and time-based stays — without forcing you onto a third-party SaaS platform that takes a cut of every reservation.
This is a build-to-order plugin, not an instant download. After you order, ECOSIRE builds the plugin to your property portfolio, installs it on your WordPress site, configures it against your live WooCommerce setup, and hands it over working. We register each property as a bookable product (or a dedicated custom post type where your catalog demands it), wire a per-property availability calendar with blackout dates, and enforce date-range validation at add-to-cart so two guests can never book the same night.
Pricing is handled where WooCommerce already lives. Seasonal and dynamic rules adjust nightly rates via woocommerce_before_calculate_totals and custom price filters — peak-season uplifts, length-of-stay discounts, weekend surcharges, and minimum-night rules. Refundable security deposits and down payments are split as separate order line items so your gateway captures the right amount and your accounts stay clean.
Two-way iCal sync keeps Airbnb, Booking.com, and Google Calendar aligned: a WP-Cron job imports external .ics feeds to block dates, and exports your WooCommerce reservations back out — closing the double-booking gap that kills rental businesses.
Built on standard WordPress hooks, actions, and filters, the plugin is HPOS-compatible (custom order tables), works with WPML for multilingual listings, and exposes booking data through the WooCommerce REST API so it stays yours. ECOSIRE supports it after launch — no per-booking fees, no lock-in.

How long does delivery take after I order?
Typical lead time is around one working week from order, depending on the number of properties, your pricing rules, and how many external calendars need iCal sync. We confirm a firm schedule with you after a short scoping call and work on a staging copy first where one is available.
What support and updates do I get after launch?
ECOSIRE supports the plugin after handover — we fix issues, adjust configuration, and keep it compatible with new WooCommerce and WordPress releases (including HPOS changes). There are no per-booking fees. Ongoing support and update terms are agreed at handover; you are not left maintaining custom code on your own.
Will the two-way iCal sync really stop double bookings with Airbnb and Booking.com?
It blocks dates from any external calendar that publishes a standard .ics feed (Airbnb, Booking.com, Google Calendar) and exports your WooCommerce reservations back out. Sync runs on a WP-Cron interval, so it is near-real-time rather than instantaneous — that residual window is inherent to how iCal works across all platforms, not a limitation of this plugin specifically. We tune the interval to your booking volume to keep the gap minimal.
Does it work with my existing payment gateway, theme, and WPML setup?
Yes. The plugin works through standard WooCommerce checkout, so any gateway you already use captures deposits and balances as normal order line items.
