This is build-to-order, not an instant download. After a short scoping call to confirm your menu structure, delivery zones and order modes, typical delivery is 1–3 weeks depending on complexity. We build it, install it on a staging copy of your WordPress site first, get your sign-off, then promote it to production. You'll get a realistic date in writing before we start.
You own the code and there are no per-order fees. The build includes a support window for bug fixes and questions after go-live. Because WooCommerce and WordPress release updates regularly (including HPOS changes), we offer an optional maintenance arrangement to keep the plugin compatible with new WooCommerce/WordPress versions and PHP releases. Without it, the plugin keeps working but compatibility updates are billed per request.
Yes. Orders are placed on your own WordPress site and paid through your own WooCommerce payment gateway, so there is no third-party platform taking a percentage of each ticket. The only fees are your normal payment-processor charges. The trade-off is honest: you handle your own delivery logistics (or your own drivers), which the plugin supports via zones, slots and status updates but does not magically staff for you.
It's built to run on your current WooCommerce store. It uses your existing payment gateway, is HPOS / custom-order-tables compatible, and we test it against your active theme during the staging phase. If your site uses WPML or multisite, we account for that in scope. We do require a reasonably current WooCommerce and PHP version; if you're on something outdated we'll flag it during scoping.
The order-status workflow fires standard WordPress actions, and orders are accessible through the WooCommerce REST API, so integrations with kitchen-display systems, receipt printers, POS or third-party driver dispatch are possible. Basic webhook/notification hooks are part of the build; a full bespoke integration with a specific external system is scoped and quoted as an add-on.
