The Food & Beverage Manufacturing Suite closes that gap with a single AL extension built specifically for your processes.

This is a build-to-order product, not a one-click AppSource install. After purchase, ECOSIRE scopes your requirements, builds the extension in AL, and installs it as a per-tenant extension on your Business Central environment (cloud SaaS or on-prem). You keep a clean, upgrade-safe codebase: we extend core objects via table and page extensions, hook business logic through event subscribers (so we never modify base application code), wire batch jobs to the Job Queue, and expose data over the BC REST/OData v4 API for label printers, scales, and BI.

What we deliver: recipe and batch production management layered on production BOMs and routings; full lot traceability with one-click forward/backward tracing and a mock recall report scoped to a lot and date range; catch-weight and variable-weight handling so a case can be ordered by count but costed and invoiced by actual weight; an allergen and nutritional model on the item card that rolls up through recipes and prints on labels; and expiry, shelf-life, and FEFO picking that drives warehouse allocation by earliest expiry.

Permissions ship as dedicated permission sets, and optional Dataverse / Power Platform integration lets your team run mock recalls or capture QC checks from Power Apps and Power Automate. You own the IP for your build, and ECOSIRE provides a warranty period plus an optional support and update retainer.
