Can you work with our NetSuite instance without disrupting it?
Yes. We integrate through NetSuite's documented APIs against a sandbox first, and we do not modify your production configuration to make an app work. Anything that does require a change in NetSuite is raised, scoped and approved before it happens.
Do we need to replace our ERP to get a decent mobile app?
No — and we would tell you if we thought otherwise. The point of this service is that the ERP you already run stays the system of record; the app is a new way into it.
Who owns the code?
You do. Source, build pipeline and store listings are handed over on completion, and we can continue maintaining them under a support agreement or hand them to your team.
