Almost certainly, but we confirm it rather than assume. We ask for the exact models and Android versions during scoping and test on that hardware.

Can we distribute without the public Play Store?

Yes. Managed Google Play or direct MDM distribution keeps an internal app off the public store entirely, which is usually what an operations app wants.

How do shared devices handle different users?

With a fast re-authentication step rather than a full login, so a shift change takes seconds and every action is still attributed to the right person.
