QuickBooks Online Sync for Shopify is a build-to-order integration that turns the daily noise of Shopify sales into audit-clean, reconciled accounting inside QuickBooks Online (QBO). Instead of importing every order as a messy invoice that never matches your bank, it posts payout-level summary journal entries that tie out, line by line, to each Shopify Payments deposit landing in your bank feed.
What it does. ECOSIRE builds a private app against the Shopify Admin API (GraphQL) that subscribes to order, refund and payout webhooks, then maps every economic event — gross sales, discounts, shipping, gateway and processing fees, refunds, gift cards, and per-line tax — into the correct QBO accounts and tax codes via the QuickBooks Online API (OAuth 2.0).
