The app reads your orders, refunds, transactions and fulfilments through the Admin GraphQL API and stays current via webhooks (orders/create, orders/updated, refunds/create, fulfillments/create). It nets out the four costs that quietly destroy margin: COGS (sourced from variant cost / InventoryItem.unitCost or a cost field you maintain), payment-processor and Shopify fees (read from order transaction records), ad spend (imported from Meta, Google and TikTok via connectors or scheduled CSV/sheet sync), and shipping (label cost or carrier data). What remains is real contribution margin — per order, per product, per variant and per channel.
On top of that profit spine we build customer LTV and cohort analysis: acquisition-month cohorts, retention curves, repeat-purchase rate and contribution-margin LTV — so you can see which months, products and channels produce customers worth keeping. Blended and channel-level ROAS sit beside true profit, so paid decisions are made on margin, not top-line revenue.

Extract the ZIP into your Odoo custom addons folder on the server (or upload via Apps > Install from file on Odoo.sh / runbot).

Yes. ECOSIRE built it, so ECOSIRE supports it. The one-time build includes a handover walkthrough and a post-launch support window for fixes and tuning. Ongoing maintenance, new ad-source connectors, metric changes or Shopify API-version upgrades are available as a support plan or scoped change requests.
The app is installed as a private OAuth app scoped to the minimum read access needed — orders, products, transactions and fulfilments. It does not modify your store data. You can review and revoke the access scopes at any time from your Shopify Admin, and the code is delivered source-available.
