Shopify does not offer a native PayMongo integration, and Philippine merchants who want to accept GCash, GrabPay, Maya, cards and online banking through PayMongo's developer-friendly APIs usually end up stitching together hosted checkout links or manual payment instructions that break the on-store buying flow. ECOSIRE closes that gap with a purpose-built PayMongo gateway, custom-developed for your specific store and theme.
GCash wallet acceptance via PayMongo, surfaced in your Shopify checkout flow
GrabPay wallet payments with order-status reconciliation
Maya (PayMaya) wallet acceptance for Philippine shoppers
Card payment acceptance (Visa / Mastercard) through PayMongo's card API
Bank transfer and online banking (InstaPay / direct debit rails supported by PayMongo)
PHP settlement paid directly to your own PayMongo merchant account
This is build-to-order software, not an instant App Store install. After purchase, our engineers build the integration against your store, wire it into your checkout flow, connect it to your PayMongo merchant account, and hand it over installed and tested. You receive a working integration — not a generic download you have to configure alone.
Under the hood we use Shopify's Admin GraphQL API, app OAuth for secure store access, and registered webhooks so that PayMongo payment events (paid, failed, refunded) reconcile back to the matching Shopify order. We persist gateway references and reconciliation data in order metafields, so every transaction is auditable from the Shopify Admin. Settlement happens in PHP directly to your PayMongo account.
The build covers GCash, GrabPay and Maya wallets, card acceptance, and bank transfer / online banking, plus refund handling routed through PayMongo's refund API and reflected on the Shopify order. We respect Shopify's checkout constraints honestly — payment-method placement depends on whether your store uses standard checkout or Checkout Extensibility, and we scope that with you up front.
Every engagement includes a discovery call, a staging build, UAT sign-off, and post-launch support. You own the result; we keep it working as Shopify and PayMongo evolve.
Runs a growing Shopify store and is losing local checkouts because GCash, Maya and GrabPay aren't available natively. Wants the familiar PH payment methods on-store without redirecting shoppers to manual instructions.
Needs every PayMongo transaction to reconcile cleanly against Shopify orders in PHP, with refunds and failed payments reflected automatically instead of being tracked in a spreadsheet.
Building or maintaining a client's Shopify store and wants a properly engineered PayMongo integration — webhooks, metafields, idempotency — delivered and supported rather than hacked together under deadline.

This is a build-to-order integration, not an instant download. Typical delivery is about 2 to 3 weeks from kickoff: a discovery call to confirm scope, a staging build against your store and PayMongo account, UAT sign-off with you, then go-live. Timelines depend on how quickly you provide PayMongo API access and approve testing — we confirm a concrete date during discovery.
Yes. Every build includes a post-launch support window covering bug fixes and compatibility updates as Shopify (checkout, API versions) and PayMongo (API changes) evolve. After the included window, ongoing support and enhancements are available under a maintenance arrangement. You always own the delivered integration.
Yes. Settlement goes directly to your own PayMongo merchant account in PHP — we never sit between you and your funds. You'll need an active PayMongo account with API keys; we handle the technical wiring, webhook registration and Shopify-side configuration.
GCash, GrabPay and Maya wallets, card payments (Visa / Mastercard), and bank transfer / online banking rails supported by PayMongo. The exact set is confirmed during discovery based on what's enabled on your PayMongo account.
We build the cleanest on-store flow your plan and theme allow. Shopify restricts custom payment UI in its native checkout, so placement depends on whether you use standard checkout or Checkout Extensibility — and in some cases a PayMongo-hosted payment step is the compliant approach. We scope this honestly during discovery so there are no surprises, rather than promising a fully embedded checkout that Shopify's platform may not permit.
