This is a build-to-order app, not an instant App Store download. After you purchase, ECOSIRE scopes your practice's services, practitioners and intake requirements, then builds, installs and configures a tailored booking app on your Shopify store. We register the app via OAuth, model appointments and provider availability with Shopify metafields, and use the Admin GraphQL API plus webhooks (orders/create, orders/paid, app/uninstalled) to keep bookings, deposits and customer records in sync.
Patients pick a service, see only the real open slots for the right practitioner — with correct duration and buffer between appointments — complete an intake form with explicit consent capture, and pay a deposit or consultation fee at checkout through your existing Shopify Payments setup. Confirmed telehealth bookings receive a secure video link. Automated reminders before the visit cut no-shows.
It is HIPAA-aware by design: minimal PHI stored, consent recorded with timestamps, access scoped, and clear data-handling guidance — though final compliance (and any BAA) depends on your hosting, staff process and payment configuration, which we document honestly during onboarding.

Extract the ZIP into your Odoo custom addons folder on the server (or upload via Apps > Install from file on Odoo.sh / runbot).
Activate Developer Mode, open Apps, click Update Apps List, search for Clinic & Healthcare Appointment Scheduler, and press Install.

After purchase we run a short scoping call, then typically deliver and install a working app on your store within about 10–15 business days, depending on the number of services, practitioners and intake complexity. We confirm a firm timeline in writing before we start, and you review on a staging configuration before go-live.
Every build includes a post-delivery support window for bug fixes and configuration tweaks (for example, adjusting hours, adding a practitioner, or refining intake questions). Beyond that window, ECOSIRE offers ongoing maintenance and enhancement on request — including Shopify API version upgrades, new features, and changes as your practice grows. We support what we build; there's no anonymous third-party app to chase.
It is HIPAA-aware by design: we minimize stored PHI, capture consent with timestamps, scope access, and document data handling and retention. Full HIPAA compliance, however, is a shared responsibility — it also depends on your hosting choices, staff processes, business-associate agreements and payment configuration. During onboarding we're transparent about what the app does and does not cover so you can make informed decisions, ideally with your own compliance advisor.
That's your choice and we configure it per service. The app can collect a fixed deposit, a full consultation fee, or nothing up front, all through your existing Shopify Payments and Shopify Checkout. Cancellation and reschedule policies — such as forfeiting a deposit inside a 24-hour window — are defined by you and enforced by the booking rules.
