Abandoned Checkout Recovery & Payment Retry is a Shopify app ECOSIRE custom-builds and installs on your store to win that revenue back — methodically, on autopilot, and tuned to how your customers actually pay.

This is not an instant App Store download. After purchase, ECOSIRE builds the app against your store, installs it via Shopify OAuth with the scopes it needs (read_orders, write_orders, read_checkouts, read_customers), and hands you a working system.

Under the hood it subscribes to Shopify webhooks — checkouts/create, checkouts/update, orders/paid and orders/create — and reconciles state through the Admin GraphQL API so recovery never fires against an order the customer already completed elsewhere. Abandoned checkouts trigger a configurable email and SMS sequence carrying a one-tap re-pay deep link that drops the shopper straight back onto a pre-filled checkout. Failed payments (the soft declines, expired-card and insufficient-funds cases) are caught and auto-retried on a back-off schedule you control, with the original line items and discounts preserved.

For subscription merchants, the app runs dunning against the Shopify Subscriptions / Selling Plan lifecycle so a failed renewal escalates through retries and reminders before it churns. Recovery state, attempt counts and outcomes are written to order metafields so they're queryable and survive theme or app changes.
