AI Inventory Forecasting & Auto-Replenishment is a build-to-order Shopify app that ECOSIRE designs, builds, installs, and supports for your store. This is not an instant App Store download — after purchase, our team scopes your catalog, connects to your Shopify store via OAuth, and ships a working private app tuned to your locations, suppliers, and sales patterns.
Demand forecasting per SKU and per Shopify location using sales-velocity and seasonality models
Dynamic reorder-point and safety-stock calculation from lead time and demand variability
Suggested purchase orders grouped by supplier, exportable to CSV for review and approval
Stockout and overstock alerts via email and in-admin notifications
Seasonality and trend detection that adapts forecasts to recurring demand cycles
Dead-stock identification with markdown and clearance recommendations to recover working capital
The app reads your historical order and fulfillment data through the Shopify Admin GraphQL API and stays current using orders/create, inventory_levels/update, and products/update webhooks. It models sales velocity and seasonality per SKU per location, then computes dynamic reorder points and safety stock from lead time and demand variability. When stock crosses a threshold, it produces a suggested purchase order grouped by supplier, which your buyers review and approve.
Because it is multi-location aware, forecasts and replenishment respect Shopify's native multi-location inventory model — each location gets its own demand curve and reorder logic rather than a single blended number. Per-product configuration (supplier, lead time, MOQ, case pack) is stored in Shopify metafields, so settings travel with your products and survive theme or app changes.
You also get stockout and overstock alerts, trend and seasonality detection, and dead-stock plus markdown recommendations to free up working capital. Reports run in an embedded Polaris-styled admin UI inside Shopify Admin.
Honest scope: forecast quality depends on having enough order history — typically 8–12+ weeks per SKU/location. New SKUs fall back to category and manual baselines until data accrues. ECOSIRE provides the build, a walkthrough, and ongoing support. Suggested POs are recommendations for human approval, not blind auto-ordering, unless you explicitly request unattended automation.
Runs replenishment across several stores or warehouses and needs per-location forecasts and reorder points instead of one blended number, so each location holds the right stock without tying up cash.
Owns purchasing and working capital. Wants velocity- and seasonality-driven reorder points, supplier-grouped suggested POs, and dead-stock alerts to cut both stockouts and overstock.
Scaling a growing Shopify catalog and tired of manual spreadsheets. Wants an automated, human-approved replenishment workflow built around their actual suppliers and lead times.

No. This is a build-to-order app. After purchase, ECOSIRE scopes your catalog, locations, and suppliers, then builds and installs a custom private app on your store via OAuth. You receive a working, tuned app rather than a generic download.
Typical delivery is about 2 to 4 weeks after the kickoff call, depending on catalog size, number of locations, and supplier complexity. We confirm a firm timeline during scoping. You will need to grant API access to your store and provide supplier lead times and any historical order data export we request.
The price includes a post-launch support window covering bug fixes and forecast tuning. After that, an optional ongoing support plan covers Shopify API version upgrades, webhook maintenance, new feature requests, and model adjustments as your catalog grows. Because it is your own app, there is no public marketplace to push breaking changes to you.
Forecast quality improves with data. We generally recommend 8 to 12 or more weeks of order history per SKU and location for reliable seasonality and velocity signals. New or low-volume SKUs fall back to category baselines and manual reorder settings until enough history accumulates.
By default it generates suggested purchase orders grouped by supplier for a human to review and approve, which protects against bad data and demand spikes. If you specifically want unattended ordering or direct supplier integration, we can scope that as an add-on rather than enabling it blindly.
Yes. It is built around Shopify's native multi-location inventory model. Each location gets its own demand curve, reorder point, and safety stock, so replenishment reflects where demand actually occurs instead of a single store-wide average.
