A rebate engine and a buyback plan encode the commercial model so the calculations post consistently, and an XML-RPC API exposes the ledger for integration with the group's other systems. Milestone one was delivered to a staging environment for validation.

The group operates eight legal entities that trade with one another. Goods moving between entities had to generate the correct inter-company invoices at the right transfer prices, consistently, across the whole chain.
Rebate and Buyback Logic
The commercial model includes rebate and buyback arrangements that are tedious and error-prone to compute and post by hand across multiple companies.
External System Integration
Other systems in the group needed to read from and write to the ledger programmatically rather than through the Odoo UI.
