Shopify Orders Not Reaching Production
Online orders synced into Odoo but had stopped auto-confirming, so manufacturing orders were never raised. Drafts piled up and production fell behind the actual order book.
Reconciliation Backlog
Bank and card transactions were being double-booked, and payment-gateway credits posted with no residual to match against, leaving the ledgers out of step with the banks for months.
