Every build includes an agreed post-delivery support and update window. During that window we fix issues, keep the plugin compatible with new WooCommerce and WordPress releases (including HPOS changes), and adjust configuration as your store evolves. After it ends, you can renew a support plan or request ad-hoc changes — your code stays yours and keeps working regardless.

Yes. The plugin is built to be compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (custom order tables) as well as the legacy post-based storage, and we verify it against whichever mode your store runs. When a quote converts to an order it becomes a standard WooCommerce order in 'pending payment' status, so Stripe, PayPal, and bank/wire-transfer gateways process it exactly as they would any normal order.

Proforma documents use their own sequential numbering sequence (with your chosen prefix and optional per-year reset) stored separately from WooCommerce order IDs, so there are no gaps or collisions. Tax display follows your existing WooCommerce tax classes and inclusive/exclusive settings, so a proforma shows the same figures the eventual order will charge.

Yes. We expose quotes and proformas through WooCommerce REST API endpoints and WordPress hooks, so your ERP, CRM, or accounting tool can read, sync, or trigger on them. The exact integration (field mapping, webhooks, scheduled sync via WP-Cron) is scoped during the build so it matches your downstream system rather than forcing a generic format.
