Profit & COGS Analytics for WooCommerce closes that gap by recording the cost of goods, payment gateway fees, shipping cost and ad spend behind every order, then surfacing true net profit, margin and markup across products, categories, customers and date ranges.

This is a build-to-order plugin, not an instant download. ECOSIRE develops it against your WooCommerce configuration, installs it on your WordPress site, and supports it after launch. Cost data is stored on a custom order-line meta and a dedicated cost table (HPOS / custom-order-tables compatible), so historical profit stays accurate even when a product's cost changes later. Per-product and per-variation costs are entered in wp-admin or bulk-imported via CSV, and a WooCommerce admin sub-menu renders the profit dashboards with server-side WP-Cron rollups so large catalogs stay fast.

Yes. We build against HPOS / custom order tables and store cost data on a dedicated table plus order meta rather than slow postmeta scans. Because we build for your specific site, we test against your active theme, gateways and key plugins before go-live to avoid conflicts.

Where do payment gateway fees come from — are they exact?

Where your gateway exposes the real fee (for example Stripe and PayPal often return the processing fee on the transaction), we capture the actual amount. Where it is not exposed, we apply a configurable per-gateway rule (percentage plus fixed fee) that you can adjust. Either way, fees are deducted from net profit rather than ignored.

Can I get the data into Power BI or a spreadsheet?
