WooCommerce core has no native concept of a shareable payment link — a customer must add a product to the cart and walk the full checkout flow on your site. That breaks down the moment you sell quote-first, by phone, over WhatsApp, or against an emailed invoice. This plugin closes that gap.
ECOSIRE builds, installs and configures a custom Pay-by-Link plugin directly on your WordPress site. From any order in wp-admin (fully HPOS / custom order tables compatible), you generate a one-click hosted payment link that routes through Stripe (via its Payment Intents / Checkout Session API) or a manual/offline gateway you nominate. Send it by email, WhatsApp or SMS, and the customer pays without ever touching your cart.
Links are first-class objects — stored as a custom post type with their own meta — so they carry an amount (full, partial or deposit), an expiry, and an auto-reminder schedule driven by WP-Cron. When a link is paid, a webhook listener updates the linked WooCommerce order status and writes an order note, keeping your reports honest.
Because it's build-to-order, we tailor the gateway mix, the link landing page, the messaging copy, and the hooks to your workflow — including WPML translation and multisite rollout where needed. You get the source on your server, not a black box.

How long until the plugin is built and live on my site?
This is a build-to-order engagement, not an instant download. Typical delivery is about 5 to 10 business days from the point we confirm scope and have access to your staging site and Stripe account. Does this work with HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage) and my existing theme?
Yes. The plugin is built against WooCommerce's modern data store, so it reads and writes order data correctly whether you run legacy posts storage or HPOS / custom order tables. The hosted pay page is styled to match your theme and is mobile-responsive. We verify the full create-link-to-paid flow on your staging environment before we touch production.
Which gateways and channels are supported — is it only Stripe?
Stripe handles card payments through its Payment Intents / Checkout Session API. Alongside it we can wire a manual or offline gateway you nominate — bank transfer, Wise, or cash-on-collection — selectable per link. Links can be sent by email, WhatsApp (click-to-chat link or the Business API where you have it) and SMS. If you need a specific regional gateway, tell us during scoping and we will assess it as part of the build.
Can a link charge a deposit instead of the full amount, and can it expire?
Yes to both. When you generate a link you choose full amount, a fixed deposit, a percentage, or the outstanding balance against the order total. Each link carries an expiry date/time after which it stops accepting payment and shows a closed page, which protects you from someone paying a stale price weeks later. Unpaid links can also fire auto-reminders on a WP-Cron schedule until they are paid or expire.
Will the order status and my reports stay in sync when a link is paid?
Yes. A Stripe webhook listener confirms the charge, updates the linked WooCommerce order to paid/processing, and writes an order note recording the payment and the link used. Because each link is stored as its own custom post type with full meta, you keep an auditable trail, and a link-paid action hook lets us push the event into your CRM or accounting system if you want.
