NOWPayments Crypto Gateway for WooCommerce registers a native WooCommerce payment gateway that routes checkout through the NOWPayments API, letting your store accept 300+ cryptocurrencies — including BTC, ETH and USDT — without ever touching the funds yourself. Payouts settle non-custodially, directly to your own wallet address, and NOWPayments' auto-conversion can lock the value into a stablecoin or fiat-pegged asset so you're not exposed to price swings between checkout and settlement.

This is a build-to-order plugin, not an instant marketplace download. ECOSIRE develops it against your exact WooCommerce version, installs it on your WordPress site, wires it to your NOWPayments merchant account and API keys, and supports it after go-live. You are not left to configure a generic add-on alone.

Technically, the gateway extends WC_Payment_Gateway, appears under WooCommerce → Settings → Payments, and is HPOS-compatible (it declares support for WooCommerce's high-performance custom order tables, so it works whether you run legacy post-based orders or the new order store). At checkout it creates a NOWPayments invoice/payment, redirects or embeds the pay screen, and listens on a dedicated IPN callback endpoint. Every callback is HMAC-signature-verified before any order state changes, so spoofed "paid" notifications are rejected. Order status transitions (pending → on-hold → processing/completed) are driven only by verified NOWPayments status updates, and a WP-Cron reconciliation job re-checks any payments still waiting for blockchain confirmations.

The gateway is WPML- and multisite-aware, surfaces the 0.5% NOWPayments processing fee transparently, and logs through WooCommerce → Status → Logs for clean troubleshooting. You keep custody; ECOSIRE keeps it running.
