WooCommerce Dropshipping Automation is a build-to-order plugin that ECOSIRE develops, installs and supports directly on your own WordPress + WooCommerce site. This is not an instant marketplace download — after purchase, our engineers configure the connectors for your exact suppliers, plug into your theme and checkout, and hand you a running system.
The plugin registers a custom post type for supplier products and a bulk importer that pulls catalog data from AliExpress, CJ Dropshipping and any CSV/API feed, mapping titles, variations, images and attributes into native WooCommerce products. A scheduled job built on WP-Cron (or a real system cron for reliability) re-polls each supplier to auto-sync stock levels and cost prices, then applies your markup rules — fixed margin, percentage, tiered or per-supplier — so your retail prices stay profitable without manual edits.
When a customer orders, the plugin places the matching order with the supplier automatically via their API, records the supplier order reference against the WooCommerce order (fully HPOS / custom order tables compatible), and imports tracking numbers back onto the order so fulfilment and customer notifications happen hands-free.
Everything is driven from a dedicated wp-admin settings screen: supplier credentials, sync frequency, markup logic, currency conversion and order-routing rules. How long until the plugin is live on my store?
This is a build-to-order product, not an instant download. After purchase we confirm your suppliers and requirements, then build, install and verify the plugin on your WordPress site. Typical delivery is around 10–15 business days depending on how many suppliers and custom feeds are in scope. We give you a firm date after the scoping call and install on staging first when you have one.
What ongoing support and updates do I get?
Your purchase includes installation, onboarding and a defined post-launch support window with a named ECOSIRE engineer to fix issues and adjust configuration. Because suppliers change their APIs and WooCommerce/WordPress ship updates, we also offer ongoing maintenance to keep connectors and HPOS compatibility current. We will quote the maintenance terms clearly before launch — nothing is auto-charged.
Which suppliers does it support?
We ship connectors for AliExpress and CJ Dropshipping, plus a generic ingestion layer for any supplier that exposes a CSV export or a REST/API feed. During scoping we map your actual suppliers; if one needs a bespoke connector we build it as part of the order. We never invent integrations that a supplier's API cannot actually support.
Is it compatible with HPOS and my existing theme and plugins?
Yes. The plugin is built against WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (custom order tables) and uses standard WordPress hooks, actions and filters rather than hacking core, so it coexists with your theme and other plugins. It is also WPML and multisite aware. We test against your live stack during installation and resolve conflicts before go-live.
How does the automatic pricing and stock sync work without overselling?
A scheduled job (WP-Cron, or a hardened system cron we configure on your host) re-polls each supplier on the cadence you choose, updates cost price and stock on the matching WooCommerce product, and re-applies your markup rules. When a supplier marks an item out of stock, the product is set unpurchasable so customers cannot oversell. All sync runs and order placements are logged in wp-admin for auditing.
