Advanced BI Dashboard & Reports for WooCommerce turns your store's raw order data into a full business-intelligence layer that lives entirely on your own WordPress server — no third-party SaaS pulling your customer data offsite, no per-seat dashboard fees. It reads directly from WooCommerce's order tables (fully HPOS / custom-order-table compatible, with a fallback for legacy post-meta stores) so the numbers always reconcile with wp-admin → WooCommerce → Orders.
This is not an instant marketplace download. ECOSIRE builds, installs and configures the plugin on your site, tuned to your products, tax setup, currencies and reporting needs — then supports it after go-live.
Out of the box you get sales, product, coupon and tax reports with flexible date and attribute filters; customer lifetime-value, retention and cohort analysis; and a drag-to-arrange dashboard of customizable chart and table widgets with saved views per user role. Heavy aggregations run on WP-Cron into summary tables so dashboards load fast even on stores with hundreds of thousands of orders, rather than scanning live order data on every page view.
Schedule email and PDF report delivery to stakeholders on a daily, weekly or monthly cadence, and run multi-store and date-range comparisons (period-over-period, year-over-year, or store-vs-store across a WooCommerce multisite network). Everything is exposed through clean WordPress hooks, actions and filters plus authenticated WooCommerce REST API endpoints, so your developers can extend reports or feed the data into Power BI, Looker Studio or a warehouse. Capabilities are gated by WordPress roles/capabilities, and an optional WPML layer keeps labels translatable.

Because this is build-to-order, ECOSIRE configures and installs the plugin for your specific store rather than shipping a generic download. Typical delivery is about 5 to 10 business days from when we confirm requirements and get access (or a staging copy). Stores with heavy customization, large historical datasets to backfill, or multisite networks can take a little longer — we give you a firm timeline before starting.
Is my customer and order data sent anywhere outside my site?
No. This is a fully self-hosted plugin. All reporting runs inside your own WordPress install and database — revenue, customer LTV, cohort and tax data never leave your server. The optional WooCommerce REST API endpoints only expose data to systems you explicitly authenticate, such as your own Power BI or Looker Studio workspace.
Will it work with HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage) and large stores?
Yes. The plugin reads from WooCommerce's custom order tables (HPOS) natively, with a fallback for legacy post-meta stores. To keep dashboards fast on stores with hundreds of thousands of orders, heavy aggregations are pre-computed on WP-Cron into summary tables instead of scanning live order data on every page load.
Do I get ongoing support and updates after delivery?
