Affiliate & Commission Manager for WooCommerce lets you run a complete, self-hosted affiliate channel from your own wp-admin — no per-affiliate SaaS fees and no sales data leaving your server. This is a build-to-order plugin: ECOSIRE custom-builds it to fit your store, then installs and configures it directly on your WordPress site and supports it afterward. It is not an instant marketplace download.
Affiliates self-register through a front-end form (gated by a configurable WordPress role and an admin-approval queue) and get a member dashboard showing their referral link, click and conversion stats, pending vs. paid earnings, and downloadable creatives. Tracking is cookie + coupon based: a referral cookie is dropped on first click with a configurable attribution window, and coupon-code attribution ties any order using an affiliate's WooCommerce coupon back to that affiliate even when the cookie is missing.
Commissions are rule-driven. Set a global rate, then override per product, per category, or per affiliate, and build tiered/level-based structures (e.g. higher rates after a sales threshold, or multi-tier referral overrides). Commission records are created on WooCommerce order-status hooks (woocommerce_order_status_completed) and recalculated on refunds via woocommerce_order_refunded, so payouts always reflect real, non-reversed revenue.
Fraud protection blocks self-purchases (matching the affiliate's user, email, or IP), flags suspicious click patterns, and holds commissions for a clearance period before they become payable. Payouts are managed from an admin queue with CSV/PayPal-ready export and per-affiliate payment history.
