ECOSIRE builds this as a custom WordPress plugin installed directly on your site, where it indexes your live WooCommerce data through the WooCommerce REST API and internal wc_get_products() calls — products, variations, stock status, prices, categories, and attributes — plus the store policy pages you nominate (shipping, returns, warranty).
Answers are produced with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG): the bot retrieves the relevant catalog and policy chunks first, then the language model answers strictly from that grounded context, so it recommends real SKUs and quotes your return window — not hallucinated nonsense. When a shopper is ready, the assistant can add the matching product (or variation) to the WooCommerce cart via session-aware AJAX and hand off to your normal checkout.

What happens after launch — do I get ongoing support and updates?
Yes. The build fee includes a post-launch support window for bug fixes and configuration adjustments. The assistant calls an LLM API (such as an OpenAI or Anthropic compatible endpoint) using an API key you provide, or a managed plan we set up — those model usage costs are separate and discussed during scoping. The plugin stores the key securely in WordPress options and lets you swap providers later from wp-admin.
