The WhatsApp Marketing & Automation Suite is a build-to-order Shopify app for merchants whose customers live on WhatsApp and who want 90%+ open-rate cart recovery instead of email open rates stuck in the teens. This is not an instant App Store download — ECOSIRE builds, installs, and configures it on your store, then supports it.
We handle the part most merchants get stuck on: WhatsApp Business API onboarding through a Meta Business Solution Provider, phone-number registration, message-template approval, and the green-tick verification application. Your store connects via OAuth as a custom Shopify app with the exact Admin API scopes needed — no more.
Automated flows are driven by Shopify webhooks (checkouts/create, checkouts/update, orders/create, orders/fulfilled) and the Admin GraphQL API. Abandoned-checkout drips fire on a delay you set, pulling line items, prices, and a recovery URL straight from the checkout payload. Order-confirmation, shipping, and fulfillment messages send automatically against approved templates. Opt-in consent is stored on customer metafields so you stay aligned with WhatsApp's opt-in policy and your own compliance posture.
Marketing teams get segmented broadcast campaigns — filter by tags, order count, country, or last-order date — with per-campaign ROI and revenue tracking attributed back to Shopify orders. A shared team inbox shows full order context (status, fulfillment, line items, lifetime value) beside each conversation so agents answer with facts, not guesses. A click-to-WhatsApp chat widget and opt-in popups install through your theme's app embed.
Pricing is a one-time USD 249 build. You own the configured app on your store. Ongoing WhatsApp/Meta conversation fees are billed by Meta directly and are separate from our build fee.

Is this an instant Shopify App Store download?
No. This is a build-to-order app. ECOSIRE builds it for your store, installs it via OAuth, provisions your WhatsApp Business API number and templates, and configures your automation flows. You receive a working, configured system — not a self-serve listing you have to set up yourself.
How long does delivery take?
The app build and Shopify integration typically take 1–2 weeks after kickoff. The variable is Meta's side: WhatsApp Business API number registration and message-template approval usually take a few business days, and green-tick verification is reviewed by Meta on their own timeline (often 1–3 weeks). We start template submission early so Meta's review runs in parallel with the build.
What's included in ongoing support and updates?
The one-time USD 249 build includes installation, configuration, and a post-launch support window for fixes and adjustments. Beyond that we offer optional ongoing maintenance — template additions, new automation flows, Shopify API version upgrades, and monitoring — quoted separately. We don't disappear after handover; reach us for changes any time.
Are WhatsApp messaging costs included in the price?
No. Meta charges per-conversation WhatsApp Business Platform fees, billed directly to your Meta/WhatsApp Business account. Those rates vary by country and conversation category. The USD 249 covers the build, integration, and setup work — not your ongoing Meta conversation spend.
Do you handle the WhatsApp Business API and green-tick verification, or do we?
We handle it. Through a Meta Business Solution Provider we register your phone number, submit your message templates for approval, and prepare and submit your green-tick (Official Business Account) verification application. Approval decisions are Meta's, but we manage the full submission so you don't have to learn the process.
Will this comply with WhatsApp's opt-in rules?
We build the consent flow to align with WhatsApp's opt-in policy: customers opt in through the popup or widget, and consent is recorded on Shopify customer metafields. Marketing broadcasts only target opted-in contacts. You remain responsible for your own legal and regional compliance, but the technical guardrails are built in.
