The Temu Marketplace Connector for Shopify lets price-competitive Shopify sellers expand onto Temu's high-traffic discount marketplace without re-keying products or babysitting two inventory counts. This is a build-to-order app — ECOSIRE custom-builds it as a private Shopify app for your store, connects it to your Temu seller account, and installs it for you. It is not an instant Shopify App Store download.

We build against the Shopify Admin GraphQL API and the Temu seller/open API. Your products are read from Shopify (titles, descriptions, variants, images, metafields, and multi-location inventory), mapped to Temu's category tree and required attributes, and pushed in bulk. From then on, Shopify webhooks (products/update, inventory_levels/update, orders/create) keep both sides aligned in near real time, so a sale on either channel decrements the right location and an out-of-stock guard prevents overselling.

Because every store's catalog, variant structure, and Temu category fit are different, we scope the category and attribute mapping, image/asset handling, and price rules to your data during the build. Connection uses OAuth for Shopify and your own Temu API credentials — no shared middleman account, no per-order SaaS markup.

What you get is honest about its boundaries. Temu operates regional sites and seller-onboarding rules that vary by market; we build to your approved seller account and the regions you're cleared to sell in. After delivery you own the app in your Shopify admin. ECOSIRE handles installation, a guided handover, and 30 days of post-launch support for fixes and field-mapping adjustments. How long does delivery take, and what do you need from me?

Typical delivery is 5–10 business days after we receive access. We need a Shopify staff/collaborator invite (or OAuth install approval) and your approved Temu seller account with API credentials. The timeline depends mainly on catalog size and how cleanly your products map to Temu's category and attribute requirements, which we scope at kickoff.

Is this an instant App Store download?

No. This is build-to-order. ECOSIRE custom-builds the connector as a private Shopify app for your specific catalog and Temu account, installs it in your admin, and hands it over. There is no public App Store listing or self-serve install — that's deliberate, so the category mapping and sync rules fit your data rather than a generic template.

What ongoing support and updates are included?

Every build includes 30 days of post-launch support for bug fixes and field-mapping adjustments after handover. Beyond that, we offer optional maintenance retainers that cover Temu and Shopify API changes, new category mappings, and feature additions. You own the installed app either way, so you're never locked into a recurring fee just to keep selling.

How does inventory stay accurate across Shopify and Temu?

We subscribe to Shopify's inventory_levels/update webhook and sync stock to Temu in near real time across your multi-location setup. When a Temu order arrives it's imported as a native Shopify order so it decrements the correct location, and the out-of-stock guard zeroes or pauses Temu listings when Shopify stock hits zero to prevent overselling.

Can I control which products go to Temu and at what price?

Yes. You can push by collection, tag, or vendor instead of your whole catalog, and price sync supports Temu-specific markup, rounding, and currency rules. Custom attributes stored in Shopify metafields can be mapped into Temu's required fields during the build.

Do you support multiple Temu regions or marketplaces?

We build to the Temu seller account and regions you're approved to sell in. Temu's onboarding and category rules vary by market, so we scope this honestly during kickoff and configure the connector to what your account is cleared for — we won't claim coverage your seller account doesn't have.
