No. This is a build-to-order private Shopify app. After purchase, ECOSIRE scopes your chart of accounts and sync rules, builds the connector, installs it on your store, and connects it to your QuickBooks Online company. You are not downloading a self-serve listing — you are getting a configured, installed integration.

Typical delivery is about 1 to 2 weeks from the kickoff call, depending on the complexity of your chart of accounts, tax setup, number of stores and how much historical data you want backfilled. We confirm a firm timeline during scoping. Multi-store or multi-currency builds sit at the longer end.

Every build includes a post-launch support window for adjustments, plus help if Shopify or the QuickBooks Online API changes affect the integration. ECOSIRE maintains the connector — because we built it, we can adapt mappings, add stores, or change sync behaviour later. Extended support and retainer options are available.

Yes — payout-level reconciliation is the core feature. For each payout, the connector posts a QBO deposit that breaks out gross sales, refunds, processing fees, taxes and adjustments, so the deposit matches your bank line exactly and clears in one click rather than as a lump sum you have to split by hand.

Yes. Multiple Shopify stores can sync into one or more QuickBooks Online companies, each with its own account mapping. For multi-currency, it maps presentment and settlement currencies and respects your QBO home currency so conversions and gains/losses land in the right place.

You choose. Summarized mode posts one journal entry per payout or per day for clean books; per-order mode creates an individual invoice or sales receipt for each Shopify order when you need line-level detail or product-level reporting in QBO. We set this during configuration and can change it later.
