Cash on Delivery Form & Upsells replaces that flow on your product pages with a single-screen COD order form — name, phone, address, quantity, confirm — so a buyer can place an order in seconds, even on a slow mobile connection.

This is a build-to-order Shopify app, not an instant App Store install. After you purchase, ECOSIRE designs, builds, installs, and configures it on your store, then hands it over working. The app is implemented as a Shopify embedded app using OAuth and the Admin GraphQL API: confirmed form submissions are written as real Shopify orders via orderCreate, tagged COD so they flow through your existing fulfillment, multi-location inventory, and reporting.

On top of the form we layer revenue tools: one-click upsells and quantity breaks shown after the buyer commits, order bumps and bundles configured per product through metafields, and abandoned-order recovery that captures phone numbers the moment they're entered, so half-finished orders aren't lost. Every order can be pushed to Google Sheets or exported as CSV for call-center confirmation teams.
