No. This is a build-to-order engagement. ECOSIRE custom-builds the CCAvenue integration for your specific store, installs it, tests it in CCAvenue's sandbox, and takes it live with you. There is no one-click App Store install — that is deliberate, because CCAvenue credentials, currency routing, and settlement rules differ per merchant and need to be configured correctly.

A typical build is delivered in about 2 to 3 weeks from the point we receive your CCAvenue merchant credentials and sandbox access. Timing depends on how many payment methods (UPI, EMI, net banking, cross-border cards) you enable and on CCAvenue account approvals on their side. We confirm a firm schedule before starting and keep you updated through sandbox testing and go-live.

An active CCAvenue merchant account with its merchant ID and working/access keys, Shopify admin access to install the OAuth app, the list of payment methods and currencies you want enabled, and your storefront locales for the multi-language checkout. If your CCAvenue account is not yet provisioned for certain methods (like EMI or specific currencies), we will flag what to request from CCAvenue.

Yes. Every build includes an agreed post-launch support and maintenance window. Shopify regularly updates its Admin GraphQL API and payment APIs, and CCAvenue updates its billing API and encryption requirements — we keep your integration compatible, fix issues, and can extend support on a renewable basis. You are never left to maintain undocumented custom code alone.

Refunds and captures are mapped back through the CCAvenue API wherever your merchant account permits, and the action is reflected in the Shopify order. EMI and no-cost EMI are surfaced at checkout when your CCAvenue plan enables them. Cross-border acceptance covers 27 major currencies with routing matched to your settlement preferences. Exactly which methods are live depends on what CCAvenue has approved for your account — we configure to that scope and document it.
